A science-led longevity platform being built in the High Coast of Sweden
High Coast Longevity
High Coast Longevity is an early-stage venture developing diagnostics, structured health programs, and Nordic bioactive products for long-term health and healthier aging.
We are currently building the platform through scientific development, selected partnerships, and practical groundwork at Borgen Marieberg in the High Coast.

Where We Are Now
High Coast Longevity is currently in an active development phase.
The foundation is being built at Borgen Marieberg in the High Coast of Sweden through scientific development, practical planning, and selected partnerships.
Current work includes:
- diagnostics and health testing partnerships
- development of the scientific framework
- development of future program structure
- groundwork for Nordic bioactive product development
This is not yet a finished platform. It is a long-term project being built step by step.

What We Are Building
High Coast Longevity is being developed as a platform for long-term health, healthier aging, and biological optimization.
The platform brings together four connected areas:
- diagnostics and preventive monitoring
- environment and recovery
- Nordic bioactive product development
- education and structured longevity programs
Each area supports the others. The aim is to build a platform where science, measurement, environment, and practical application work together over time.
This is not being built as a single product or a short-term intervention. It is being developed as a structured and science-led platform with room for programs, products, partnerships, and future applications.
Borgen Marieberg at the High Coast
Borgen Marieberg is the physical foundation of High Coast Longevity.
Located in the High Coast of Sweden, the site is being developed as a base for future longevity-related activity, including diagnostics, recovery, structured routines, and long-term concept development.
The High Coast offers a setting shaped by forest, river, sea, elevation, and strong seasonal variation. These conditions are relevant to recovery, sleep, circadian rhythm, stress regulation, and metabolic health.
The region also matters from a product development perspective. It provides a Nordic biological foundation for future bioactive development linked to ingredients such as bilberry, lingonberry, and cloudberry.
High Coast Longevity is being built from this place, not simply located in it.

Built on Four Biological Pillars
The scientific direction of High Coast Longevity is shaped by four biological areas that play an important role in how the body functions, adapts, and ages over time.
Mitochondrial Function
Supports cellular energy production, resilience, recovery, and everyday function.
Stem Cell Preservation
Reflects the body’s long-term capacity for repair, regeneration, and tissue maintenance.
Telomere Maintenance
Relates to cellular aging and long-term biological function over time.
Nitric Oxide Optimization
Supports circulation, vascular function, oxygen delivery, and cellular signaling.
These pillars are not promises or outcomes. They are scientific areas that help guide how the platform is being developed.
From Science to Real-World Application
The purpose of High Coast Longevity is not only to describe longevity science, but to translate it into practical areas of development.
Diagnostics & Preventive Monitoring
Measurement, baseline assessment, and long-term tracking to better understand health over time.
Environment & Recovery
Use of natural conditions, routines, and recovery-focused structure to support resilience and adaptation.
Nordic Bioactive Development
Development of compounds and future products linked to Nordic raw materials and long-term manufacturing potential.
Education & Structured Programs
Application of longevity principles through guided programs, routines, and long-term learning.

These areas are not finished offerings. They are the practical directions through which the platform is being built.
